You know what’s fun? Ordering a pizza and eating on the floor of your first home. You know what’s not fun? Figuring out your closing costs and tax payments.

kyle-stoner-headshotKyle Stoner wants to simplify the home buying process. He’s putting data analytics to work with Abobe. This app matches buyers to the various professionals they need along way. It’s not just realtors. There are inspectors, adjustors, attorneys, movers and more. “Many of my friends and family were buying homes and telling me about the many pain points in their process,” says Stoner.

Users enter a few simple questions, like if they’re looking for an agent or an attorney. They put in cities and price ranges and the up pops a top match with a few highlights from that person’s career. There’s also an option to browse other candidates.

Abode offers a cloud-based dashboard, document storage, and digital payments. All of which are in line with the changing trends in the home buying process as Millennials enter the market en mass. “Our customers tend to do EVERYTHING on mobile,” explains Stoner.

It’s free for homebuyers. Real estate agents absorb the fee.
