The Innovation Campus Experience Operations Intern supports the day-to-day execution of daily + important tasks at the Grand Farm Innovation Campus. This role helps keep the campus prepared, organized, clean, visitor-ready, and functional during a high-activity season involving tours, partner visits, field trials, construction activity, events, and demonstrations. As part of the Experience Team, this role will be responsible for logistics while also aligning with our standard of Unreasonable Hospitality.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to event operations, campus logistics, agricultural innovation, and partner engagement within a fast-paced innovation ecosystem.

This is an execution-focused role designed to support the team by handling repeatable, hands-on tasks so higher-scope team members can stay focused on partner management, project execution, field operations, and strategic work.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, organized, and willing to do whatever small tasks are needed to keep the campus running well. This person should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and should take pride in making the campus look and operate at a high level.
