Hallie Thompson, a 21-year-old entrepreneur, is the visionary founder of Wholesome Hal’s, a pioneering healthy food truck launched at the age of 16. Operating at the Great Falls Farmers Market, Wholesome Hal’s offers a diverse menu including smoothie bowls, smoothies, rice bowls, and protein balls, all crafted with a commitment to wholesome ingredients and eco-conscious practices. Hallie’s passion for healthy living and environmental sustainability drives her mission to reduce plastic waste and promote eco-friendly practices within her business.
