Michael Cully is an international business executive with expertise in implementing new business strategies from the ground up for organizations ranging from startups to large multinational companies.

Sean Thompson has extensive Clinical and Business Development experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry including GSK, Roche and YM BioSciences Inc. He was a founding Board Member VBI Vaccines, VP, Corporate Development for YM BioSciences (now Gilead) which under his leadership completed numerous licensing and M&A transactions including with Daiichi Sankyo (Japan), Delex (Canada), Eximias (USA), Cytopia (Australia).
