About Soma Employment Solutions

Soma Employment Solutions was founded by Abdishakur Mohamed. Abdishakur explains, “Soma Employment Solutions is on the outlook for creating an immensely successful global network of highly skilled and competent workforce and bridge the prevailing gap between new American talent and the industry.” Soma Employment Solutions helps new Americans and companies by assisting companies in finding the top New American talent which will best fit their specific business needs. Abdishakur shared that this company was brought about because “while pursuing my academic career in the Fargo/Moorhead area and working for local company, I realized that businesses prefer to hire Native Americans undermining the skills and competencies of immigrants or new Americans. This discrimination and lack of opportunities for the new Americans ignited me to advocate the need for perceptual change and strive hard to create job opportunities for the immigrants.” Soma Employment Solutions’ mission is “to provide highly customized and workable solutions to our clients while assisting them in fulfilling their new American staffing needs.” Abdishakur expands, “We follow three rules which include Accountability, Efficiency and Responsiveness as our key drivers to ensure integrity, sustainability and service excellence.”
