After months of planning and preparation, Startup Weekend Fargo 2014 is set to begin at Concordia College’s Offutt School of Business. The event will consist of initial business pitches followed by a 54-hour work period and end presentations. Teams will spend the entire weekend working collaboratively at Offutt, and they will then showcase their minimum viable products (MVPs) at the historic Fargo Theatre on Sunday evening.
As of Wednesday morning, the event has officially been sold out, an effective increase in the number of participants compared to Startup Weekend Fargo 2013. However, there are still multiple ways in which YOU can participate in this action:
- Stay connected with Startup Weekend happenings throughout the next three days by following tweets with the hashtag SWFargo14. Teams will be posting intermittently as an attempt to gain public notoriety as well as to solicit product usability and market testers.
- Cheer on the participants by registering to attend Sunday evening’s events: final presentations at the historic Fargo Theatre and an after-party at Mezzaluna. Tickets for the after-party are only $10, and you can register here. But hurry; sales end tonight!
