We team up with Public Schools, Colleges and Universities to teach young individuals indiviudals the importance of the construction industry and how it can develop a successful and fulfilling career for them in the future.”

What are some wins you are celebrating?

“We recently passed our goal of 100 users signed up for the software and recently agreed to partner with Asphalt Pro Magazine and the World of Asphalt Tradeshow Event.”

What is the most important lesson you’ve learned throughout your entrepreneurial journey?

“Trust in yourself and believe in what you’re doing. I was often my biggest critic and “road block” (no pun intended). Once I figured out to trust that everything happens for a reason and put my faith in the right places things naturally begin to fall into place instead of being forced.

I often think of being an entrepreneur much like a game of Tetris. We can not control the shape of the blocks that are given to us but we can control where that shape fits best into our structure and life.

The practice Meditation and Mindfulness has also impacted my life tremendously as an entrepreneur as well.”

Pavewise is officially a part of the Fargo-Moorhead founder family. How can our community support you in your next stage of growth?

“Stay connected and support our Entrepreneur Rollercoaster Journey. We will be hiring 2-3 key employees in the next 30-60 days and want to keep growing a local business from local North Dakota talent. ”

What are you grateful for today?

“Today we are grateful for beautiful North Dakota Summers and Construction Season.”
