Emerging Prairie is excited to welcome Linnea Axtman to the team! Linnea joins us as our Grand Farm Partner Relations intern, here she will work closely with the Grand Farm team helping bridge the gap between partners and the agricultural industry!

Tell us a little bit about you!

“I grew up in Fargo and now attend NDSU. I love the community and area and enjoy being outside, reading, baking, traveling, and spending times with friends.”

 

What college did you attend? What was your major?

“I am attending NDSU studying Business Administration with minors in General Agriculture and Hospitality and Tourism Management.”

 

What’s one activity that energizes you?

“I love traveling, being outside, spending time with friends and family, and reading.”

 

If you could take a 30 day, all expense paid vacation, where or how would you spend your time?

“I really want to go to Alaska as I have never been there and there is so many beautiful places to see and hike.”

 

Do you have a favorite book or movie?

“I do not, I’m too indecisive to decide on one.”

 

 

What’s your favorite part about living in the FM area? What’s your favorite hidden gem that Fargo has to offer?

“I love how it offers city amenities with a smaller town feeling. I really enjoy the parks and river trails in south Fargo like Forest River and Orchard Glen, and also all the amazing food options the town has to offer.”

“I am a twin!”

 

Why are you excited to work for Emerging Prairie?

“I am so excited to work for Emerging Prairie as I love how they are working to connect people in our community to build strong relationships that lead to amazing events, ideas, and experiences. I also hope to work in the Ag field after college helping out growers and producers and Grand Farm is a company that is very producer focused.”
